Immediately upon being informed about this situation, the Mobile Home Spot company owner contacted the buyer and made arrangements to meet with her at the home she wanted to purchase. We assisted her with all the paperwork to purchase the home and receive approval from the community. After making this right with the buyer, she decided not to purchase the home for financial reasons. This review is unfortunate because the buyer had the "cart before the horse" and the agent stopped working for us years ago.
